Stratacache, which has already bought a plant that will be used to make microLEDs, (Stratacache Pursuing GaN on Silicon in Oregon), said that it has bought a 100K sq. ft (9,300 m²) facility in Lisle, Chicago to create a research and support facility. The work will be on

What We Think

It would be great to see Stratacache achieve some success in building up its business and technology in the US. (BR)
