SDMC of China said that it has got Android TV certification for its DV8219 OTT TV box and said that it is only the third company in China to get the approval, after ZTE and Xiaomi. The box is available with versions including one with an LTE 4G module and is based on an Amlogic S905X quad core Cortex A53 processor @ up to 1.5 GHz with a Mali-450MP GPU with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of Flash.
