Nikkei Asian Review has reported that Screen Holdings of Kyoto has developed a new equipment item that can help with the attachment of flexible OLED displays onto curved glass substrates up to 80 x 80cm although it could be developed for larger panels. The company expects panel makers targeting the automotive industry to be especially interested in the machine. The machine will go into mass production shortly.
