Samsung has asked a California federal judge to block Chinese smartphone maker, Huawei, from enforcing an injunction it won in China last month, ordering Samsung to stop making or selling devices that infringe two of Huawei’s 4G standard-essential patents.
Huawei has also claimed that Samsung “maliciously delayed negotiations”. It is not clear which of Samsung’s devices have been affected by last month’s decision.
