S6 is Slower than S5 to Reach 10 Million Mark

Despite Samsung’s predictions (Samsung Expects Big Things of S6), sales of the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge smartphones have been slower than those of the Galaxy S4 or S5. A ‘high-ranking Samsung official’ has told Yonhap News that 10 million units had been sold after a month of sales. The S4 reached that point after 27 days, and the S5 after 25 days. Samsung has predicted 70 million sales this year, meaning it would need to sell 8.6 million units each month for the rest of 2015. Samsung’s official statement was, ‘No comment’.
