S[quadrat] GmbH l is launching three new product series of LED displays. The three are a transparent SIC series, a slim series that is just 3cm deep and a a Poster series that are designed to work as monolithic displays.
The company said that demand for transparent information systems is steadily growing so it is introducing transparent LED screens with pixel pitches of 3.9 mm, 7.8 mm, 10.4 mm and 15.6 mm with its new SIC series. The transparency is 85 % and is intended for shop window, as room divider, exhibition stands and more indoor applications.
The slim series has been designed with cabinets with a standard dimension of 32 cm wide and 32 cm high. The modules are only 3 cm deep and weigh 1.6 kg. S[quadrat] offers 4 mm pixel pitch for indoor and 4 mm, 6 mm and 10 mm pixel pitch for outdoor.
There is also a poster series from S[quadrat] GmbH with the pixel pitches 1.9 mm and 2.5 mm. The poster screens are 57 cm wide, 190 cm high (32:9 aspect, by our calculations), 3.5 cm deep and have a weight of 30 kg. The units can be assembled as a 16:9 screen or be connected to a hanging structure. Poster screens are intended to be used as advertising and information totems in shopping centres, at airport and train stations, in canteens and conference centres.
