Royole Corporation has won a gold award in the European product design award competition for its Moon 3D Virtual Mobile Theatre. The award was in the Media and Home Electronics – Consumer Electronics and Cameras category. In addition, the Moon 3D Virtual Mobile Theatre was named CES 2017 Innovation Awards Honoree in both the wireless handset accessory and gaming categories.
The Moon 3D Virtual Mobile Theatre combines two HD 1080p AMOLED displays at over 3000 ppi resolution to simulate a large 800-inch curved screen with stereoscopic 3D and adds active noise-cancelling headphones. The headset has soft headphone covers, is foldable, and has a breathable eye cover. The company has filed over 100 patents in the design of the headset. The headset includes 32GB (128GB upgrade available) of internal storage, an adjustable screen size and has a battery life of up to five hours.
The headset can be used with smartphones, set-top boxes, gaming consoles, computers and for accessing content from the Internet.
