Raiffeisenbank Straubing Delivers “Digital World of Experience”

The Raiffeisenbank Straubing in Germany, is giving both staff and customers a “digital world of experience” with NCR’s Innovation Experience Room. Manufacturer NCR, provided the concept, coaching and the equipment for the digital experience.

The flexible design space is equipped with various interactive technologies, including VR glasses, 3D printers and wearables. The aim is to enable both the bank and its customers adapt to technological change. The Innovation Experience Room will also be used for workshops. The bank had previously trained four of its staff to promote the project.

The bank wants to generate added value and wants to make the experience available to schools and organisations as well as to companies in the region.

NCR has already implemented comparable “NCR Innovation Experience Rooms” with two other financial institutions.
