Italian public broadcaster Rai is working with Eutelsat to show seven matches from the Euro 2016 football tournament, in UltraHD on the Tivùsat free-to-view platform. The matches will be broadcast live via satellite, starting with the quarter-finals on the 30th June and ending with the final on the 10th July. Viewers will need an UltraHD display and Tivùsat-certified CAM. V-Nova will provide its Perseus-powered P.Link 4k (software-based encoding and decoding) products for the broadcasts.
