MMD has announced a new 32″ LCD curved FullHD monitor under the Philips brand. The 328E8QJAB5 monitor joins the Philips E Line and has an 1800R curvature and uses a VA panel with 250 cd/m² of luminance. Response time is 5ms grey to grey and static contrast is 3,000:1. Colour space is 126% of sRGB (and 103% of NTSC, apparently).
Inputs include VGA, HDMI and DisplayPort and audio is from dual 3W speakers. Features include flicker-free backlight dimming and gaming modes with a quick access OSD to select the modes.
The monitor costs £248.00 plus tax ($319) in the UK
