PH300 Selects Optimal Angle, Says LG

LG is to launch its smallest portable projector yet this month. The Minibeam PH300 (Display Monitor Vol 21 No 36) measures just 103 x 85 x 54mm and weighs 430g.

The Minibeam is designed to be used on-the-go. It features LG’s Auto Vertical Keystone (AVK) technology for faster set-up. AVK also means that lens adjustments are not necessary, as it automatically selects the optimal projection angle – says LG.

An RGB LED light source, lasting up to 30,000 hours, outputs 300 lumens of brightness. The projector features 1280 x 720 resolution and can throw a 100″ image from 3.75m (1.66:1 throw ratio).

No more information was available about the PH300 before we went to press, although we have contacted LG.
