AV technology pioneer Peerless-AV announced that its British manufactured KIPC2 Indoor Portrait Kiosks are now available for displays up to 65″, with new Back-to-Back models and Standard Options (speaker/camera) for single-sided 40″-65″.
These new additions strengthen Peerless-AV’s Digital Signage offering for a wide range of wayfinding, advertising, digital merchandising, concierge and self-service applications in the retail, corporate, finance, hospitality, transportation and stadium markets. A selection of Peerless-AV’s new Kiosk range will be displayed to ISE 2018 visitors in Hall 12, Stand F90.
Designed to support the latest flat panel displays and touchscreens up to 4″ (101mm) deep, Peerless-AV’s sleek and stylish KIPC2 Indoor Portrait Kiosks are robust, tested to UL safety standards, and easy to install and maintain. Key differentiators of the Peerless-AV kiosks include two thermostat-controlled fans that quietly exhaust heat from inside to ensure optimal operating temperature, together with user-friendly height and depth micro-adjustability to ensure perfect display positioning within the kiosk window. The kiosks also include an internal component tray for neat storage of media player and cables.
Available as a standalone product in Gloss Black or Silver, the KIPC2 kiosks now support displays ranging from 40″ up to 65″. Customers can also choose from a range of custom aesthetic options such as vinyl logos, wraps and custom colour finishes. The new KIPC2565(-S)-EUK has a maximum load capacity of 68kg (150lbs), maximum display depth of 4″ deep, and it can be installed as a freestanding unit or bolted to the floor for increased safety and security.
The new Indoor Portrait Back-to-Back Kiosks support two ultra-thin or thicker commercial displays from 40″ to 65″. The KIPC25XXB(-S)-EUK range accommodates displays less than 1.81″ (46mm) deep and the KIPC25XXB-3(-S) range less than 3″ (76mm) deep. With both displays in place, there is ample space to access a media player and other internal components requiring maintenance.
With the new KIPC2 Standard Options (-SP/-CAM) for single-sided 40″ to 65″ displays, customers can choose a kiosk with a Full HD web camera and/or two 35W speakers and amplifier. The web camera comes with a USB port, built-in stereo microphone with auto noise reduction, auto light correction, motion detection and face tracking. The speakers are 5.25″ 2-way with tweeters, 60Hz to 20kHz frequency response and 86dB sensitivity; ideal for AV content as well as spoken voice. The 25W x 2 class-D Amplifier features AV and microphone inputs with gain adjustment, treble/base/balance adjustments, stereo/mono bridging, and wireless remote control. The KIPC2 Standard Options are also available in custom RAL paint finishes on request.
