Panasonic has upgraded its 20″ 4K tablet. The FZ-Y1 continues to have the 230 ppi IPS Alpha display but has had an HDMI 2.0 input added, allowing the use of the tablet as a a monitor as well as a standalone tablet. The tablet also has Mini DisplayPort and USB 3.0 as well as LAN, SD card, smart card and docking connectors.
The new version has an i5 vPro Processor from Intel, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD (there is a value model with 4GB/128GB).
Pricing is €3,184 for the standard model and €2,650 for the value model.
