Panasonic PT-RZ660 Wins Shoot-out

Panasonic’s PT-RZ660 won a laser phosphor projector shoot out held by integrater, Pure AV, in Manchester in the UK, last month. Projectors were scored by delegates in a blind test with scores for greyscale, contrast, colour rendition, uniformity and overall impression out of a total of 50. There were units from Canon (score 40.2), Christie (score 31.6), Digital Projection (score 35.6), Epson (score 36.2), Sony (score 29.4) and Panasonic (score 41.2). Screens were supplied by Sapphire.
