Winners of the 2015-2016 EISA awards, from the European Imaging and Sound Association, have been announced. In the mobile category, results were mixed, with no one company dominating. Huawei’s P8 took ‘European Consumer Smartphone’, while Yoga Tablet Pro 2, from Lenovo, won ‘European Tablet’. ‘European Advanced Smartphone’ and ‘European Media Smartphone’ were taken by Samsung’s Galaxy S6 Edge and Sony’s Xperia Z3+, respectively. LG had two wins: ‘European Smartphone Camera’ went to the LG G4, and ‘European Wearable Device’ went to the G Watch Urbane.
