OLEDWorks has completed its acquisition of the the Philips OLED lighting business (OLEDWorks to Buy Parts of Philips’ OLED Light Business). The company will get the factory in Aachen, IP related to OLED lighting and a licence to use the Philips brand. Philips will sell the products through its OEM channel.
