Orlando to Build New Terminal

Plans for a new terminal at Orlando International airport, Florida, USA, have been approved and construction will begin in Q1 2017. The project will cost $1.8 billion and the plan is to complete by 2020 and should boost capacity at the airport from 45 million passengers per year to 55 million. There will be 16 gates. It has been designed by Fentress Architects, which has also designed Denver International Airport, Los Angeles International, Seattle-Tacoma and Incheon, South Korea.
