Optoma has launched its new HDBaseT™ transmitter: 4K100TX.
Available now, the 4K100TX is compatible with all Optoma HDBaseT™ enabled projectors. It integrates seamlessly with any HDMI enabled source device and delivers uncompressed UHD (70m) or Full HD (100m) video and audio via one CAT cable (CAT6A recommended).
It is super flexible thanks to its HDMI loop out which allows cascading and connection to an additional receiver or display. This means content can be viewed on multiple display devices without the need for HDMI splitters or other distribution equipment.
James Fursse, VSS Technical Product Manager at Optoma Europe, commented: “The 4K100TX HDBaseT™ transmitter simplifies transmission of uncompressed UHD and Full HD video and audio through long distances via a single CAT type cable.
“We decided to launch our own HDBaseT™ transmitter with all of the features we know our customers will use, such as flexible control system integration with IR, RS232 and LAN pass through. It gives peace of mind there will be no compatibility issues.”
