A one-day technical meeting, “Microdisplays: Technology and Applications”, will be held at Oxford University on 28th June. This meeting will provide detailed insight from a range of UK and International researchers in both industry and academia, into a variety of microdisplay technologies and expected future directions. The event will also include the SID UK and Ireland Chapter Annual General Meeting.
Microdisplays are expected to provide the next generation of AR, VR, head mounted and automotive head-up displays, enabling new consumer and industrial applications. Progress in reflective modulators, arrays of microscale emissive devices, as well as the associated projection, waveguiding and diffractive optics, will be featured at the event.
One-Day Technical Meeting and SID AGM to be held in June
