The Oculus “Summer of Rift” Sale that began last month has been extended by “a few weeks”. The sale was originally due to end around August 21st, but due to high demand, the company have decided to lengthen the campaign.
Oculus hasn’t confirmed an exact date when the sale will end, but has stated that the new all-in-one Rift + Touch package will retail at $499 once the Summer of Rift is over, which represents a permanent $100 discount from the price prior to the sale.
However, it should be noted that the new package doesn’t contain the previously included Oculus Remote, or an Xbox One Controller.
