Note 5 Will Precede IFA

The Wall Street Journal claims that Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Note 5 before its traditional IFA launch date. Instead, the phablet will be launched in mid-August. The move will apparently be taken to have more time on the market before Apple’s next iPhone refresh. The iPhone 6 was unveiled just six days after the Note 4, and went on sale some weeks later. The launch will take place in ‘a major US city’, said a source.
