Norway’s Norautron Group is to acquire 100% of Hatteland Display from Herkules Capital. Norautron is an EMS provider and Hatteland manufactures maritime displays and computers. Including Hatteland Display, Norautron will have an estimated annual turnover of NOK1.8 billion ($207.5 million).
The management teams of both companies will work together to establish a platform for continued growth and development.
