NLT Technologies has introduced a 12.1″ sunlight-readable TFT LCD module, which combines T-EVT and ColorXcell technologies with high brightness.
T-EVT stands for Transmissive Enhanced View Technology, which is NLT’s description for the combination of a bright backlight and anti-reflective surface treatment. ColorXcell is an algorithm designed to reproduce colour at the intensity of the original source, without consuming more power.
The P/N NL8060BC31-51C has 900 cd/m² of brightness and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. However, NLT has not announced any further details yet.
