The Nikkei has reported that Nikon has been able to boost its sales of photo-lithography systems for G10.5 fabs from just three in the last fiscal year to fifteen to twenty per year. Nikkei reports that Nikon has a monopoly in this kind of equipment at the moment. The company’s SLR camera business is down, in line with the category.
