IIoT solutions provider Nexcom announced the launch of their new product, the TT 300-A2Q/A3Q. This high-performance system, housed in a compact aluminum and metal chassis, has been designed to support machine automation and AI computing applications in factory settings and on production lines.
The TT 300-A2Q and A3Q models are sophisticated PC-based controllers packed with enhanced features such as simplified CPU installation, increased expansion capabilities, an advanced processor, and a new chipset that supports more display ports, offering better connectivity options.
One of the standout features of the new series is the ability to support independent quad 4K HDR displays via two HDMI and two DP ports. The TT 300-A2Q model, in particular, is well-suited for machine automation within production lines due to its eight COM ports, providing a wide range of connectivity options including barcode scanners and other peripherals.
Built around the powerful 12/13th Gen Intel Core processor, the TT 300-A series offers advanced processing capabilities and support for AI-powered smart manufacturing applications. Its hybrid CPU architecture allows it to efficiently handle both performance and efficiency core operations, which are essential for managing multithreaded workloads.
The TT 300-A Series also integrates the Intel OpenVINO and Intel Deep Learning Boost Instruction set to accelerate AI and deep learning inference workloads and enhance application performance. The TT 300-A3Q model features a PCIe x16 expansion slot for accommodating more powerful GPUs, thus boosting its capabilities even further.
These trained modules can manage data acquisition and offer faster image classification inference, making them ideal for applications such as license plate recognition, smart animal husbandry, and object representation.
