It has been announced that PixelFLEX has joined the NanoLumens Partner Program, allowing PixelFlex to market its Nixel Series flexible LED as “TrueFlex visualized by NanoLumens” and settling the ongoing patent infringement lawsuit between the two.
TrueFLEX products will now be marketed as a collaborative effort between the two companies.
The new agreement is the latest development in the resolution of NanoLumens’ legal disputes.
NanoLumens CEO Richard Cope said:
