Mojo Vision said that it has done deals with a number of sports brands including Adidas Running (running/training), Trailforks (cycling, hiking/outdoors), Wearable X (yoga), Slopes (snow sports) and 18Birdies (golf) to collaborate on solutions that exploit the Mojo AR contact lens technology. The firm surveyed over 1,300 athletes and found that 74% use wearables to track their activities and performance.
The firm also said that it has raised an additional $45 million in Series B-1 funding to bring the total to $205 million so far.
