MicroLED microdisplay developer RaySolve raises $10 million

A Hong Kong-based microLED microdisplay developer, Raysolve Technology said that it has raised $10 million in pre-Series A funding to scale up its R&D to early production. In the last six months, the firm is said to have raised $15 million in angel funding.

The firm claims that it has a full colour GAN-on-silicon based technology

What We Think

This is the first time that Raysolve has got onto our radar screen, but we’ll see if we can find out more. It’s website is nicely designed, but doesn’t give much away in technical detail. (BR)
