LG Display has signed an agreement to supply its ‘Art Slim’ LCD TV panels to Chinese companies for new lines. The 55″ and 65″ panels will be used in TV ranges from Hisense, Haier, Konka, Skyworth and Changhong.
Analyst Comment
As we reported in our CES report, the LG Display Art Slim concept creates a set by including the LCD module in a front section slim case, while the electronics for the set are simply fitted to the back by the TV (or monitor) maker. (BR)
