Lenovo’s Low-Cost Rugged Laptops are for Education

Lenovo has announced two new laptops for the K-12 education sector, at its annual Accelerate Partner Forum. The N23 and N42 boast rugged features like reinforced ports, strong hinges, a spill-proof keyboard and anti-peel keys.

The N23 is a Windows 10-based system, with an 11.6″ display (1280 x 720 IPS panel) and convertible form factor. An Intel processor, up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage are installed.

The N42 is a Chromebook with a 14″ display, up to 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

Lenovo has not shared any more information about the products yet, aside from their release details. Both will be launched in June, for $250 (N23) and $200 (N42).
