A 30K+ nit display is not really a surprise from Kopin as it ran a webinar to set out how it could reach that level of brightness last year. Kopin to Participate in a Panel Discussion With Insight Media Nevertheless, it is a very creditable achievement from OLED technology, although very high brightness may favour microLED in the longer term.
