OLED Info speculated that Facebook/Oculus máy be about to use eMagin microdisplays in its headsets as it has been advertising for engineers. One will need “Knowledge in direct patterning tech and Evaporation equipment system” and the other will “Partner with internal and external teams to develop ?OLED displays based on silicon chips with specific process lines”.
eMagin has previously said that it is working with Tier-1 customers on display developments.
