Innolux has fully restored production at eight factories in the Southern Taiwan Science Park, which were damaged in an earthquake in early February (Earthquake Rocks Taiwan Production Base).
A G5 and G6 factory were the most heavily affected, and these are now operating again. However, it will take ‘some time’ to return to original yield rates, said Innolux (Companies Revise Earthquake Impact). Six other factories suffered 5% – 10% capacity reduction.
