Innolux has revealed what it will be showing at Touch Taiwan (24th – 26th August) this year: an event where, traditionally, panel makers in Taiwan demonstrate their newest developments.
Notebooks are an essential facet of modern life, Innolux says, and so the company will be showing several panels for these devices. They include a 120Hz ‘high colour saturation’ 17.3″ TN panel, with 1920 x 1080 resolution, designed for gamers. Innolux intends the panel to be free of ghosting and motion blur.
Intending to gain a foothold in the thin-and-light market, the company will demonstrate a 13.3″ 1920 x 1080 AAS panel, which is 1.7mm thick. 17.3″ and 13.3″ UltraHD AAS units will also be shown, measuring 4mm and 2mm thick, respectively, and covering 100% Adobe RGB (17.3″ only). A 15.6″ touch panel will also be in the same area.
Three 23.8″ panels for commercial applications will be demonstrated: one 2560 x 1440, which narrow bezels on three sides, and one 1920 x 1080 with four-side narrow bezels. An UltraHD panel of the same size will be shown, as well.
