Lenovo Installs FreeSync on First Monitor

The Y27f is Lenovo’s first free-standing display featuring AMD’s FreeSync technology. It is a curved 27″ monitor with a 144Hz refresh rate, for gamers.

Lenovo claims that the 1,800R curve is one of the most pronounced on the market today (actually it is quite standard: all of Samsung’s curved monitors are the the same – TA).

Display resolution on the VA panel is 1920 x 1080. Viewing angles are 178°, with a 3,000:1 contrast ratio and 4ms response time. Due to an adjustable stand, the Y27f can swivel (60°), tilt (-5° to 30°) and is height-adjustable. HDMI, DisplayPort and USB 3.0 inputs are featured.

Lenovo is selling the display now, for $400.
