The acquisition of Ingram Micro by China’s Tianjin Tianhai (a division of the HNA Group) has been delayed. The date that the deal must be completed by has been extended to the 13th November 2016.
The extension will provide more time for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to review the transaction. However, Ingram and Tianjin still expect the deal to be closed this year.
