Infocus’ Projectors are Networked

The IN3130a series is Infocus’ new network projector range. The IN3134a, IN3136a and IN3138HDa are designed for use in areas with high ambient light. As network models, each can be managed and controlled over a LAN and is compatible with the AMX Device Discovery and Crestron Roomview systems.

3D is supported, with 3D triple flash to raise frame rates. The projectors can be moved to different locations around the room, as they each have a 1.5x optical zoom, +/-40 deg keystone correction and a large throw ratio: 1.8 – 2.71:1 (IN3134a), 1.45 – 2.17:1 (IN3136a) and 1.39 – 2.09:1 (IN3138HDa).

Resolution and brightness are the other specifications that differ between models. These are 1024 x 768 and 4,200 lumens on the IN3134a; 1280 x 800 and 4,500 lumens on the IN3136a; and 1920 x 1080 and 4,000 lumens on the IN3138HDa. Each model uses a 340W lamp, lasting for 3,000 – 4,000 hours.

The projectors have an 8,000:1 contrast ratio and ports for HDMI, MHL-HDMI, VGA (x2), S-Video, composite, USB-B, RS232 and RJ45 connections. They also have a single 10W speaker, measure 285 x 122 x 261mm and weigh 3.1kg.

Each of the new projectors is available now, for $850 (IN3134a), $950 (IN3136a) and $1,000 (IN3138HDa).
