Huawei Technologies Ltd. posted a 32.7% rise in net profit last year to $4.5 billion and a 20.6% increase in turnover to $46.5 billion. Huawei’s consumer group contributed $12 billion to total turnover for the year, up 32.6% on the previous year, thanks to growing consumer demand for smartphones and particularly strong growth in emerging markets.
