The results of the latest survey from Steam reveal that HTC Vive is losing more market share to Oculus Rift and Windows VR headsets.
Last month’s numbers put Oculus Rift at 47.1%, a sequential growth of 0.9% and the device’s seventh consecutive month of growth. Meanwhile, HTC Vive lost another 1.8% of its market share, down to 42.6%. Windows VR headsets took another 0.8%, up to 7.2% of the overall market.
0.74% of respondents had VR headsets connected to their PCs at the time of the survey, representing a year-on-year growth of 68%
