I am not a big fan of sports but I am guessing the people who are have a lot of disposable income and big houses. I am not going to knock it because Hisense is collaborating with the NBA to launch the 110UX Championship Edition, an ultra-premium television as part of their ULED X lineup. Whom am I to deny someone the opportunity to spend $19.999.99 on this but I am sure you can get a tone of Best Buy points when it eventually sells.
It’s a limited-edition TV which is kind of unique in itself. You’d think they would want to sell as many as they could, but maybe it embodies the spirit of basketball champions and their multi-millionaire rosters, and yeah, there’s that $20,000 price tag.
How Hisense gets to making this an exclusive is not just about the price but also by offering one-off NBA-themed enhancements and collectible memorabilia. The company has also announced NBA star Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves is joining the company as its new brand spokesperson.
