NEC has announced that v4.0 of the Hiperwall software will be released in Q2’15. With the new system, users can operate two control stations simultaneously, for redundancy. A new video engine, supporting UltraHD content, is also included. Future versions will allow users to adjust the UI, and the software will take different bezel widths into account, so users can transfer content between video walls without compensating for bezels.
