Google Pixel’s Users among the Unhappiest in the US, with 36% Planning to Switch to Other Brands

What They Say

A survey from TradingPlatforms.com reports that Google Pixel users are among the unhappiest in the US with 36% planning to switch to another brand.

Issues have concerned the speed and reliablity of the fingerprint scanner and display faults that range from screen flickering and refresh rate issues to a green tint and a problem of the screen periodically cracking with no physical impact. Moreover, the auto-brightness feature on many Pixel phones fails to work sometimes, the firm said.

What We Think

Hmmm…. we’re not sure of the size of the survey or the credibility of the comments here, but if the 36% figure is correct, that is really not good! A separate survey from ACIS that we found lists the Pixel 4 as the 6th best phone last year – although two LG phones also made the list – so customer satisfaction is clearly not enough to sustain a business!
