EverDisplay Optronics (EDO) of China has shown a flexible OLED proof of concept at CES Asia according to the OLED Association which also published a table of typical specifications for rigid, flexible and foldable displays. The display is 0.3mm thick, but final details would depend on agreements with customers. The company believes that it if all the components were available, it could be on the market in one or two years and could be used in phones with curved edges.

Over the last few weeks, we have seen a lot of technology demos of flexible displays, but it still remains the case that if you want real volume, you have to go to Samsung. (BR)
