European Countries Value Set-Top Boxes Differently

Set-top box take-up changes significantly by country in Europe, says Parks Associates. In the UK, 55% of broadband households use such a device, compared to 36% in Spain and 20% in Germany. The same applies – to a lesser extent – for internet-connected consumer electronics, such as consoles and PCs. 54% of German broadband households have at least one, compared to 67% in the UK and 69% in Spain.
