DBX-TV, which claims to be “the world’s leading audio-technology developer” has announced a partnership with TV manufacturer, Hisense.
The two companies collaborated on Hisense’s new 100″ Ultra HD Smart Laser TV‘s sound system, which features DBX’s Total Technology audio enhancement suite and Harman Kardon audio hardware.
Speaking about the new device, Dave Rogers, Senior VP and General Manager of Consumer Audio at Harman, said that its internal sound system is so good that there is no need for an external sound bar.
Other useful features in the Total Technology suite include loudness equalisation and virtual surround sound.
The Hisense 100L8D is available now, retailing at $9999.99. For more on the TV, see our report Hisense Introduces 100” Laser TV
