Pay-TV viewers in Croatia should be prepared to upgrade their equipment again, in order to continue receiving terrestrial TV. The country is planning to move to the DVB-T2 platform by 2020, to re-distribute part of its spectrum for mobile services. Network operator OiV has estimated that 1.2 million people will need to purchase a new TV or set-top box.
