Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. narrowed its net loss in the first quarter of the year to $33.5 million from $96.8 million a year earlier, while turnover dropped 3% to $615 million from $635.2 million. Americas outdoor revenues increased 3%, primarily driven by digital billboards and higher revenues from the company’s special Time Square installations. International outdoor revenues were 7% higher, thanks to strong performance in Europe, Australia and China.
