Audiovisual event technology specialist Bluewater in the US has added 950 Absen M2.9 Indoor LED panels to its rental inventory. The new additions brings Bluewater’s tally to over 4,000 panels, of which more than 50% are Absen LEDs.
Absen’s M2.9 LED panels claim to be 24% lighter than traditional panels and mountable in three seconds with the company’s patented “One Action” locking system. They are also front or rear serviceable, promoting ease of installation and maintenance. (Absen Upgrades M2.9 Rental LEDs)
The technology also features +/-5° curvability, enabling clients to create concave or convex screens with no tools required.
Each M2.9 panel is 500 x 500 x 96mm and operates at a resolution of 168 x 168, a pixel pitch of 2.97mm, brightness of 1000cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 7500:1.
The M2.9 will be demoed at this year’s LDI trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center in November.
