Bell Canada Puts UHD over Wi-Fi

In Canada, Bell said that its new Home Hub 3000 is a fully wireless service that can support ‘4K Whole Home PVR’ from FibeTV. The box supports throughput up to 1 gigabit and has 12 antennas. Other features include a battery back-up that supports usage for up to four hours during a power cut. Bell claims to be Canada’s largest ISP and will have Gigabit fibre capability to 3 million homes and businesses by the end of the year.
