Barco announced today that it has finalized an agreement. Barco has finally agreed terms with US-based lighting company, ETC to sell its lighting activity, high-end systems, that are based in Austin, Texas. This followed negotiations between ETC and Barco over the acquisition a month ago. Barco see this as a drive to step up focus on performance and streamline its business portfolio.
